美味しいし、満腹になります。接客も良いです。ただ、食器と机がベタベタです…。ランチに行きましたが、手や財布、携帯が全てベタベタになりました。近くのコンビニでウェットティッシュを買って事なきを得ましたが…。せめておしぼりがあれば…。また、カウンターの席でしたが、料理にオーダー用紙を入れており、衛生的に不安でした…。 お料理や接客が良かった分、非常に残念です。再訪は無いです。テレビで特集される位の人気店に並ばずに行けたのは、ラッキーでした。. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The tendon at Tanimachi Ichimizen is super crispy and incredibly satisfying. The tempura is light, airy, and not greasy at all, even with the sauce on top. The shrimp is juicy and fresh, and the vegetables (eggplant and greens) are perfectly fried with natural sweetness. The rice is fluffy, and the tendon sauce has a perfect balance of savory and sweet without being overpowering. Simple presentation, but top-quality execution. A must-try tendon spot. . Tendon di 谷町 一味禅 benar-benar crispy dan super satisfying. Tempuranya ringan, renyah, tidak berminyak, dengan tekstur yang tetap airy meskipun sudah disiram saus. Udangnya besar dan juicy, sayurnya (seperti terong dan daun hijau) fresh dan manis alami. Nasinya pulen, dan saus tendonnya gurih-manis, tidak terlalu asin, jadi seimbang banget dengan tempura. Simple tapi kualitasnya terasa premium. Wajar kalau jadi tempat favorit turis dan lokal — enak, konsisten, dan sangat comforting. . 谷町 一味禅的天丼非常出色。天妇罗炸得非常酥脆轻盈，一点都不油腻，即使加了酱汁依然保持口感。虾肉鲜嫩多汁，蔬菜（茄子、绿叶菜）新鲜香甜。 米饭软糯，天丼酱汁咸甜平衡，不会抢味，整体搭配非常舒服。简单却高品质，是值得回访的天丼店。.
