While in Koza, my kids and I wanted to go to a very well-known taco place on Chuo Park Avenue, but the line to get in was 20-people deep. We ditched that idea and walked around a bit before stumbling upon the Tank/Diner. We were delighted that it worked out that way. We had tacos, and taco rice. The taco shells were absolute perfection! Crisp and, oh, so tasty. As much as I have enjoyed that "other" taco joint, the Tank/Diner has stolen my heart - and stomach! The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. The food can't be beat and the prices are very reasonable. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
