Not very much sushi to these rolls. Mostly rice...probably the worst and most bland sushi I ever had. The "tempura" was just like flakes that tastes stale. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We had lunch at Tanuki Sushi and tried four different rolls. The vegetarian roll was refreshing and pleasant — a light and clean start to the meal. The salmon skin roll was excellent in flavor, though slightly over-fried for my taste. The spicy red tuna roll had an unbalanced flavor profile, but was still enjoyable and smooth on the palate. The highlight was definitely the seared salmon roll, which was beautifully executed and full of flavor. I also had a Japanese premium beer, which paired perfectly with the meal — crisp, smooth, and a great complement to the sushi. Overall, a satisfying experience with a few standout bites.
