このビルには、飲茶の店が何軒もあるが、ここは比較的安い。 コストダウンが徹底していて、お湯を注いだり注文を取りに来る店員は居らず、お湯は自動給湯、注文はスマホからで、受付他3名ほどのフロア要員と、料理を運ぶ数人で数百人の客を捌いていた。 最初に8品頼んだものの、なかなか出てこなかったが、のんびり食べるなら悪くは無く、料金も同じビルに入っている他の飲茶の店の半額以下で、食べられるので、かなり人気の様だ。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We were in Hong Kong for a few days and wanted to have some steamed fishi. This restaurant was just about a few minutes from our hotel, which made it very convenient. We walked in on a Sunday evening around 6:00 pm without a reservation and were seated immediately. After looking over the menu, we ordered the four-person set for around HKD 600. It included chicken, soup, vegetables, steamed fish, shrimp toast, and complimentary dessert. Tea is charged per person, which is standard in Hong Kong. One interesting detail we noticed: the tea station was positioned right outside our booth. It’s an automatic system where hot water flows from a larger reservoir into the teapot and refills continuously. There’s no need for staff to manually top up the water, which feels both efficient and relatively hygienic. The food quality was good overall. They offer a wide variety of seafood — geoduck, crab, lobster, and more — but we skipped those since we primarily wanted the steamed fish. No one rushed us during the meal, which we appreciated. With tea charges and gratuity, the total came to close to HKD 700 for four people. Overall, it was a good meal and a convenient, reliable option.
