What a wonderful gem. The food is absolutely delicious.italian classics but all with interesting twists that actually really work out surprisingly well. The smokey orange on the fennel salad was a great surprise and so was the Tiramisu which had a little ice cream core and homemade pastry inside. So good. The wine list is superb . You find traditional classics and also funky naturals that are not common yet around Thailand. A beautiful evening. I will definitely come back here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Truly impressive experience. Though the rating only goes up to five stars, this place easily surpasses that. The moment I took a bite of the bread that came out first, I knew this was going to be more than four-star. From there, every dish that followed was super delicious — no weak points whatsoever. The pizza stood out with its flavorful crust, clearly made with care. Even after it cooled down, it remained delicious. Regarding pasta, I chose the crab pasta, and it was a perfect expression of rich crab flavor. The final dish, a ribeye steak, was another highlight. It was aromatic, tender, and cooked to perfection without being overdone, despite its thin cut. While the food alone was more than satisfying, what truly shocked us was the wine. We were interested in a “Weekly Special” wine from Georgia, described by the staff as a “funky” wine. We ordered it, ready to take a risk, and it paid off spectacularly. It turned out to be a lightly sparkling red wine with a texture and flavor we’d never experienced before. But what impressed us most was that beneath the fizz was a solid, well-crafted wine. As the carbonation faded toward the end, it transformed into a beautifully expressive still red, showcasing remarkable depth. A truly outstanding wine that we would absolutely order again. The rest of the wines displayed on the shelf also featured unique selections that I haven’t seen elsewhere, reflecting the owner’s strong sense of curation and passion. They also have Thai craft beers. All in all, this place exceeded expectations on every level. I’d love to return with a large group next time. The staff’s service was also top-notch and truly outstanding Price per person: ฿2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tappo Wine Bar is an extension of the Italian restaurant Tabula, tucked away in the restaurant area on Soi Somkid. Honestly, I wasn’t planning to come here, but my first choice was fully booked—turns out, that was a blessing in disguise! The vibe here is great—quiet enough to catch up on life, spill some tea, and chat without yelling over the noise. The wine selection is decent, and today, they had Austrian wine, so I got to try something new. The food? Delicious (probably from the same kitchen as Tabula). No regrets!
