絶対行かないで。 Don’t go to this dirty bad attitude place!!!! ドリンクオーダーしても、全然出てこない。焼き鳥の方が先にテーブルに届くという。。。 皿コップ汚い。皿には洗い残しのニラが出てきた しまいに、コップにも卵みたいなのついてて ビールをちょっとだけ注いだ後にコップが汚いの気づいて、 『これ、汚くてでも注いじゃったんですけど？？』 って黒髪の小柄の態度悪い男性スタッフに言ったら 『あの、みてもらって分かる通り忙しいんで、 勘弁してもらっていいですか？？ジョッキの新しいビールあげるんで』』 って言われて、会計見たら、ジョッキも会計の中に 入ってるっていうとんでもない対応wwwwコスすぎる。 いやいや、衛生面最悪すぎるだろ。お金払うのに 勘弁してください。汚い皿で食べて飲んでください。 はマジでない。食中毒とか出たらどうするんですか？ なんで、申し訳ありません。の一言も言えないの？？ 10代の反抗期みたいなスタッフだった。 お皿は汚い。外国人目当てに商売してるのがまるわかり。 要するに日本人の客のこと舐めてるし 京都でこういう対応外国人目当てなんだろうけど日本の質が落ちるから非常にやめて欲しい。 オーナー側はちゃんとスタッフをトレーニングさせた方がいいですね Absolutely do not go to this dirty place with terrible attitude!!!! We ordered drinks, but they took forever to arrive. Somehow the yakitori came to the table before the drinks… The plates and glasses were dirty. One plate even had leftover garlic chives stuck on it Then to make it worse, another glass had something that looked like egg stuck on it. I had already poured a little beer into the glass before noticing it was dirty. So I told a short male staff member with black hair and a terrible attitude: “Excuse me, this glass is dirty, but I already poured some beer into it…?” And he replied: “As you can see, we’re busy right now. Can you just let it go? I’ll give you a new mug of beer.” Then when I checked the bill, they had actually charged me for that replacement beer too. Unbelievable. Seriously, the hygiene was awful. If customers are paying money, saying “Can you just let it go?” is insane. Why couldn’t he even say a simple “I’m sorry”? He acted like a moody teenager. Dirty plates, dirty glasses, terrible service. It was obvious they only care about attracting tourists. They clearly look down on Japanese customers. Maybe in Kyoto they think they can get away with this because tourists will tolerate it, but this kind of service lowers Japan’s reputation. The owner seriously needs to train the staff properly.
