our go-to bakery for bagels! i’m obsessed with their mochi bagels. perfectly dense on the outside but pillowy soft inside, and the filling just adds this sweet, bouncy surprise. then I saw the pistachio tart by the register and couldn’t resist. it looked too good to pass up! honestly, it’s more eggy custard than nutty punch. my helper highly rec mentaiko salt bread!
