When I first came here 8 years ago, it was a new era for whole chicken. soft, crispy and savory It was unique and tasty compared to any other chicken restaurant in the country. It's been 6 years since I came here today, but I don't think this is the case It's not like washing the chicken in water, it's like it's been soaked for a day. No flavor, no complaints Crispyness is just brown rice baking Since Seongsu-dong is hot these days, there seems to be an overflow of customers even if you do it roughly, but there seems to be a reason why you can eat without waiting on Mondays in the back alley of Seongsu-dong broadcasting station. There are a few more things I'd like to point out, but I'll just write the most basic ones. As a person who has loved Seongsu-dong for a long time, it hurts my heart that the existing restaurants are collapsing like this.
