Terrible service!! I have pre-ordered the chinese birthday bun for my dad’s dinner few weeks ago when I made the reservation. However, they did not prepare the birthday bun and just told me they have missed the order. They didn’t try to make it up with something else or even didn’t make an official apology!! Unbelievable to have this terrible services for a dinner costing HKD1k+ per head! Remarks: Food is ok but no surprise. Can’t compare with The Chairman at all. Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
