Everyone has different tastes, but... The hamburger doesn't have an overcooked patty, but it's slightly lacking in meat. It seems like it would be good to add some pork fat or beef fat when kneading the patty. For example, in the case of chicken mayo, finely chopping jalapeños or using chili sauce or wasabi mayo would make it less tiring and taste much better.
