utterly disappointed
We tried to eat it but couldn’t……
This one couldn’t keep quiet, had to say something.
At least have the sauce on the side for us to dip, if we choose to do so.
When we called the manager over and explained that the pics in the menu was different from what we received. She was totally off!
Customer service is questionable with no sincerity, just turned around and said very bluntly, you want to cancel or change, with no apology, the tone was not right.
Disappointed ☹️
The highlights of the buffet include abalone with mushroom, braised shark’s fin soup,cereal prawns,scallops with broccoli, pan fried duck breast and many more! Seafood is very fresh and dishes are indeed very flavorful and mouth watering. The buffet is very worthy of the costs that we are paying and we will definitely be back for more. Is a pity that the buffet is only for weekdays, nevertheless, as the food is so good, we are even planning to take leave and come back for even more ??
