So the menu today is whole fried fish (white snapper), massaman curry chicken, and coconut chicken soup. With Chef Noo & Alex Back Out teaching. Amazing experience with our kind Thai friends. Alex owns Tawan Restaurant&Bar and graciously allowed us to come and learn how to prepare these dishes. Plus he gave us 3 tickets to the Muay Thai World Tournament being held here in Hua Hin, Thailand Very cool!! #BKind #Payit4ward #BADAlienKitchen #OnlyLoveintheKitchen.
