I have been a fan and advocate of Tazeh and even Pita Tree for sometime now. I think the food is delicious and is a healthier meal option that suits my nutritional needs. Last Wednesday night (15/02/2017), I rushed to Ion Orchard after work wanting to get a Tazeh wrap for dinner before it closes. I made sure to check the operating hours, to which it states it opens till 10pm daily on the website. I reached at 09:53pm, thinking I made it just in time, only to be turned down by one of your staffs, telling me they were closed. I told her that it opens till 10pm, so she asked me where did I get that information, and I told her that the website did. Yet she continued to insist that they were closed, and even had the audacity to tell me it states 10:03pm on the cash register, to which I showed her the official time on my iPhone otherwise. She continues to show no interest in serving me and I told her I will be sure to be writing this complaint before walking away without dinner that night. I'm disappointed, either first that this staff of yours was unaware of the stall's operating hours, or secondly by her laziness and complacency.
