Absolutely amazing udon! The noodles were fresh and had the perfect chewy texture, and the broth was rich and full of flavor. The service was friendly, and everything came out quickly. I wish we had a place like this in the U.S.—I would come all the time if we did. Definitely one of the best meals I had in Korea, and I’ll be coming back whenever I visit again! If you're looking for authentic Japanese-style udon in the Sinsa-dong/Garosugil area, TEBO is an absolute must-visit. I tried the Bukkake Udon with two different sides: the Chicken Tempura (Karaage) and the Assorted Tempura (Shrimp & Veggies). The highlight is definitely the noodles—they are incredibly chewy, firm, and have that perfect "mochi-mochi" texture that only comes from expert handmade preparation. The tempura was light, crispy, and not greasy at all. The shrimp was plump, and the veggie tempura was fresh. I highly recommend pouring the cold tsuyu sauce over the noodles and adding a bit of lemon and wasabi for a refreshing kick.
