ソウルでクロワッサンが有名なお店。 9:50頃予約なく訪問。お店の前に誰もが居らず10:00に1番に入店。 好きなパンを選びドリンクを注文して店内のテーブルです頂きました。 ソウルには美味しいパン屋さんが沢山あり、人気店はどこも長蛇の列ですが、その列は美味しさのバロメーターなのだと思います。 お店の匂いは良かったのですが、パン自体の味がイマイチ。 クリームなどはあっさりして居てよかったのですが、、、。 スタッフの対応もほかのお店と比べるとフレンドリーでは無かったです。

It was a very interesting experience visiting Teddy Beurre House. The moment I stepped in, felt like I was transported into another world in fairy tale. Felt like I was in a wooden house filled with delicious pastries, and oh my so much to choose from I was actually struggling on what to order. Worse thing was already had lunch so very limited to the remaining space I had. Walked around and decided to pick a few, but still a little upset I wasn't able to choose the others. Came right after lunch it was crowded but was still able to get a seat but 10 minutes after it was packed and there were more people wanting to find a table for dine in. Anyway ordered a few items to try. It was nice they actually heated up the croissant before giving it to me. It's so nice though it's plain the crust was so crispy and it's so good just to eat it as it was. The egg tart was not bad too. The crust was like it's made of many layers of phyllo and was really crispy. The egg custard was light and smooth and so enjoyable. Then had the sweet potato latte which was a surprise cause it's usually purple but this drink is yellow. Last but not the least, ordered something placed in the chiller and got the milk choux. I ordered one and I got a box. I thought the choux was big and yes it was rather big and I got 3 of it. Only tried one and brought the remaining back. The cream was quite good and the puff wasn't thick so thought it was quite well executed. A great place to chill though may be noisy because of the crowd. Prices are quite reasonable and it's frequently showing up on social media so do expect crowds. Highly recommended! Would rate it 4.5 pretty close to perfect!
