Horrible service from Angela. The Filipino waitress. So rude! I went in to get a snack for my husband using his membership card. He was still out practicing at the range and I explained he could come sign after, but instead of being helpful I was looked up and down and told he needed to be physically present to sign right then. I was then told to go get him from the range and bring him back to her. There was zero flexibility or willingness to assist a member’s spouse, which felt very unwelcoming. When I finally got the food, it was worse. I ordered vadai and it was served cold. I politely asked if it could be reheated. There was no apology, no acknowledgment, and no effort to make it right. Just reluctantly passed it to her colleague to heat it up in the microwave. When I received it back, it was still oily and not pleasant to eat at all. No chili nothing like they advertised. Had to ask for it. For a club that prides itself on member service, this experience was far below expectations. Customer service should be about hospitality, especially toward members and their families. Instead I left feeling dismissed and frustrated. I hope management looks into staff training, because an attitude like this does not reflect well on the establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food here taste very much below par. We had curry fish head and the fish head were not fresh and smelly and the curry gravy don’t taste good also. Never try to have meals here. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Went to the tee top restaurant after a 18 hole round in Keppel club. Overall, I thought the food was pretty good. Fried rice was very fragrant and was served pretty fast. It was only slightly salty. Also had the chicken wings, found that pretty good too, especially with the sweet chilli sauce. Ordered a sugarcane tower to end the day. You can ask for lemons and the restaurant will kindly serve you cups of lemon slices to mix with the sugarcane. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
