Had a fantastic dining experience at Teiyoshiya! The quality of the food was outstanding, and every dish was beautifully prepared and presented. A special mention goes to the ox tongue, which was incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with flavour. It was cooked to perfection and easily one of the best I’ve had. The tempura was equally impressive—light, crispy, and not greasy at all, allowing the freshness of the ingredients to shine through. The service was attentive and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the food and the dining experience here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Japanese cuisine. I will definitely be returning! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Love it here! The owner- Catherine, chef David & Stanley makes the experience even better! Food was top notch, affordable and the extra warm service makes everything 100/100! Definitely recommending this to my CBD friends They even have lunch sets, hidden gem located near Telok Ayer mrt. Do make a reservation as the place has limited seatings!!! Absolutely yummy! Had their CNY Matsuri Yu Sheng & steamboat. Using only the best ingredients (Abalone, Sea cucumber, Salmon skin etc) the Yu Sheng was flavorful and not as sweet as the others. Their steamboat was equally delicious especially the broth. Everyone had numerous bowls. The Cod fish and prawns were fresh and sweet. Highly recommended! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Available upon request.
