One of the best meals I’ve had in Japan. Everything was outstanding from start to finish. The tapas were packed with flavour, beautifully done, and every dish felt like it had been made with real care. And the salad genuinely the best salad I’ve ever had. I didn’t think I’d ever be writing that sentence about a salad, but it was unreal. Brilliant food, great atmosphere, and just an all-round exceptional meal. If you’re in Niseko, put this place on your list. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
