This is my favorite wine bar and restaurant in Seoul! The menu is quite diverse, and especially the sous vide pork jowl with mashed potatoes is absolutely delicious The owners are incredibly kind, and they do a great job recommending wines that pair perfectly with the food. The new menu item, the bisque pasta, is also amazing—the rich and creamy sauce is definitely the highlight I’ve brought my friends here more than 10 times already—it’s truly a hidden gem! I highly recommend this place to foreigners visiting Korea as well (If you visit, this restaurant alone will probably make you want to come back to Korea again) Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: They have grilled vegetables and natural wine
