2025年8月往訪。. Beauty World駅近く、Cheong Chin Namエリアにあるハラル認証の洋食レストランで、家族でのランチに使いやすいカジュアルなお店です。セルフサービスが基本なので、気軽に利用でき、回転も早めでした。 料理はメニューによって印象が分かれ、フライドチキンは揚げたてでザクザク食感が美味。ピザもチーズたっぷりで熱々なのが良かったです。一方で、パスタはやや茹ですぎで食感が重く、サラダの野菜は少し鮮度が気になる点もありました。 全体的にボリュームはしっかりあり、価格相応の内容。店内は掃除が行き届いていて清潔感があり、Beauty World周辺でハラル対応の洋食を手軽に食べたい時の選択肢として覚えておくと便利なお店です。 ⸻ Located near Beauty World MRT in the Cheong Chin Nam area, this is a casual halal-certified Western restaurant suitable for a relaxed family lunch. I would have happily given this experience five stars. What truly stood out was Amirah. Her professionalism, warmth, and exceptional attention to detail elevated my entire dining experience each time I visit this place. She anticipated my needs before i had to ask, carried herself with genuine confidence, and delivered a level of hospitality that reflects the highest standards of Ambience. Great service is difficult to teach, but Amirah possesses it naturally. She represents the brand exceptionally well and has the qualities of someone capable of leading a team. She would make an outstanding manager. Thank you, Amirah, for making our evening such a memorable one. More opportunities will come your way in time to come! I visited Tenderfresh Classic @ Cheong Chin Nam on 5 March at around 9:20pm with friends and had a rather disappointing experience. One of us ordered the Dan Dan Noodle Soup ($12.50) as listed on the menu, but the dish that arrived was actually a miso chicken soup, which was clearly different from what was advertised. When we clarified this with the staff, they explained that the menu was wrong, but no proper solution was offered. Instead of replacing the dish or offering a refund, the staff simply added one slice of chicken as a topping, which did not address the issue since the dish itself was still not the Dan Dan noodles that were ordered. The item also remained on the bill with no adjustment made. In addition, the overall food quality was disappointing, the fried chicken and fries were quite dry, the bandung drink tasted diluted due to excessive ice, and the mushroom soup was bland. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory due to the incorrect menu item, lack of proper service recovery, and poor food quality.
