Had a small hiccup with my Crispy Chicken Nasi Lemak order today — the egg was missing when I got home, which was a bit disappointing since it’s shown in the set. But I want to give credit where it’s due — Jaz, the Area Manager, responded very quickly and handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. The service recovery was prompt and thoughtful, and it really turned the experience around for me. Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds makes all the difference. Thank you for taking this seriously and going the extra mile to make things right. Despite all, food is always prepared fresh and quality is maintained. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
