A convenient place to have a quick simple Japanese meal, rice soba or udon. We had cold and hot soba with tempura, a bit of shamahimi and chawanmushi. All palatable though not great great as in some speciaity Japanese restaurant . Staff very helpful , especially a Vietnamese girl. Recommended. Value eat Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

One of the most authentic tendon experiences in Singapore. The portion is generous, and the tempura is fresh, light, and never oily. Even when it cools, it remains crisp and fragrant. Tenjin (Raffles City) offers an outstanding Japanese dining experience. I tried the Tempura Moriwase set for $27.80, which included Japanese rice, assorted tempura, kyabetsu salad, miso soup, and tentsuyu. The food was excellent, with crispy tempura and flavorful dishes. The service was top-notch, and the Japanese-themed atmosphere added to the charm of the place. Tenjin is a must-visit for authentic Japanese cuisine lovers.
