The noodles were cooked perfectly—soft but still nicely chewy, with a great texture in every bite. They absorbed the sauce very well, so each mouthful was full of rich and savory flavor. The balance of seasoning was just right, not too strong but still very satisfying. What made the dish even better was the charred pork. The slightly burnt edges gave a light bitterness that added more depth to the flavor. It created a nice contrast with the savory sauce and made the dish more interesting. The meat itself was tender, juicy, and cooked just right, which made it even more enjoyable. My friend also tried the soup and really liked it. It had a comforting, homemade taste, with a clear and light broth that felt clean and soothing. Even though it was simple, it was very flavorful in a natural way. One thing to note is that the soup cools down quite quickly, so it’s best to drink it while it’s still hot to fully enjoy the taste. Overall, both the noodles and the soup were very satisfying.
