Teppan-ya at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Singapore is a must-visit for anyone who loves Japanese cuisine. The moment I walked into the restaurant, I knew I was in for a treat. I ordered several dishes from their Grand Dining Menu and I have to say, every single dish was a delight to my taste buds. The highlight of my meal was the 2 portions of scallops that were cooked to perfection. The 200g of tenderloin was also mouth-watering and juicy, and the chicken was cooked just right. The foie gras was a luxurious addition to the meal, and the mixed mushrooms were a perfect accompaniment to the meat dishes. The garlic fried rice was fragrant and delicious, and the chawanmushi was silky-smooth and rich in flavour. The teppanyaki chef was also entertaining and engaging, making the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, Teppan-ya at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Singapore exceeded my expectations. The quality of the food and the service was exceptional, and the ambience of the restaurant was sophisticated and elegant. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. Really hope they return.
