この光景は、非常に不衛生としか言いようがありません。複数のハエが飛び回っており、副菜に長くて抜けた髪の毛が混入していました。スタッフに伝えたところ、不満そうな態度で髪の毛と汚染された卵焼きの部分だけを取り除き、副菜全体を交換することはありませんでした。調理スタッフの誰もヘアネットや帽子を着用しておらず、今回の件に対して謝罪の言葉もありませんでした。日本食のお店とは思えない対応です。 非常に不快です。. Had lunch at Teppei Syokudo (Galaxis) this afternoon. It’s a self-service concept with two touch screen kiosks for ordering and payment. You get a buzzer that alerts you when your food is ready, and there’s a tray return station for clearing up after your meal. The food was decent. The raw fish in the chirashi bowl tasted fresh, and the udon broth was flavorful. However, the portions were quite small for the price. Even with the chirashi set (which came with two sides), I found myself needing a snack afterward. Overall, it’s a pricier, no-frills dining experience. Not bad, but not particularly great either. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: Yes, there are some vegetarian items on the menu.
