ちょっとお高いですが、入ってみる価値があります。刺身は脂が乗っていてとても美味でした。豆腐はチーズの様な濃厚さがあり、また食べてみたいです。藁焼きやドライアイス等の演出もあり、記念日にチョイスすると相方も喜ぶと思います。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿1,400–1,600

日本の居酒屋の雰囲気です。店員さんは皆さん明るくて声掛けは日本の様に元気です。魚を藁の火で炙ったり、お肉に火をつけたりパフォーマンスが豊かで、お誕生日とかも盛り上がてました。日本人が好きなパフォーマンスというより海外受けな感じかな。また、他の方も書いてましたが、日本の居酒屋さんがやってるみたいですが今はどうかわかりませんがマグロの刺身と生牡蠣は美味しかったです。他のおつまみは現地の人向けて感じました。枝豆は辛くて美味しいのですが絡まってるのが多すぎ。豆腐は確かにクリーミーですがプルンとしない硬い豆腐というよりチーズぽいかな。だし巻き卵はが違うからかな？出汁が多いのかちょっと食感違う感じでした。スタッフさんは皆様タイの方のようでした。日本の居酒屋風なので雰囲気はよくてスタッフも感じが良いです。私は日本人なので厳し目だと思いますが、更に美味しくなる事を願ってます！. TEPPEN Sathorn — Great Japanese Food, Great Atmosphere, and Great Company Today, I had a wonderful dining experience with friends at TEPPEN Sathorn, a Japanese entertainment-style restaurant in the heart of Bangkok’s Sathorn area. The moment we walked in, I really liked the atmosphere. The restaurant has a warm and lively Japanese-inspired interior, and the wall decorated with traditional sake barrels creates a unique backdrop that is perfect for photos. Of course, the highlight was the food! We enjoyed a beautiful assorted sashimi platter, served over crushed ice with a selection of fresh fish, shrimp, and other seafood. Everything looked incredibly fresh, and the presentation was impressive. The assorted sushi platter was another favorite, featuring tuna, salmon, shrimp, tamago, and several varieties of fish. Each piece was beautifully prepared and perfect for sharing. I also loved the fresh rolls topped generously with salmon, tuna, crab meat, and bright orange salmon roe. The combination of different textures and flavors made this dish especially enjoyable. And we definitely saved some room for dessert! The Japanese-style ice cream served with seaweed and sauce was an interesting and memorable way to finish the meal. What I enjoyed most about TEPPEN Sathorn was that it wasn’t simply about having dinner. The combination of good Japanese food, creative presentation, energetic atmosphere, and time spent together with friends made the evening much more special. A wonderful place for dinner with friends, celebrations, gatherings, or simply whenever you are craving Japanese food in Bangkok.
