My wife and I tried out this place on a quiet weeknight and sat at the bar. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and goofy (see photo of owner and staff - they offered to take a photo of us with our drink and cheekily snuck a selfie in lol). My wife and I are introverted and socially awkward, but they had my wife singing along with them by our second drink. The concept of creating custom cocktails based on customer feelings and concepts was really fun. The owner made our drinks skillfully and with flair. He described the flavor profiles and explained the thought process behind his choices. Had a lovely chat with the owner about culture, identity, and some casual nonsense. Lots of laughter involved. The interior decoration was also very fun and full of personality. Overall a great experience! And memorable haha (writing this review a month after our visit as this was sitting on my to-do list). I visited the bar last September,it is still the best bar i’ve been to. Hey Chopper how are you? Not sure if you and Alice still remember me. A bar that can customize drinks based on your mood and taste buds,that is rare.Do visit this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
