The course flowed beautifully from start to finish, and every cut of beef was top-notch. The tongue, top blade, and chuck flap were all incredibly tender with rich juices that really stood out. Pairing the beef with uni was a total game changer, I instantly understood why it’s so popular The chef grills everything right in front of you, balancing heat and resting time perfectly, so every bite comes out as the best bite. The space is quiet, clean, and welcoming, perfect for bringing parents or celebrating something special.
