I ordered an Iced Green Tea with oat milk and no sugar but what I actually wanted was an unsweetened iced green tea with oat milk so I went up to inform a staff member named K. LENG. He politely explained that I should have ordered the Pure Matcha instead and kindly offered to remake my drink for me without any hesitation. Really appreciate the excellent! courteous and sincere service even though it was my fault for not ordering clearly from the start. Thank you everyone for the great service!!!
