Very bad pick up experience. All Texas can pay to choose parts but this store can't. Insisted no such things. Explain that Texas do have this. Was told in the face "This outlet don't have!" Female Staff doesn't seems happy working. Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sabina made my day with her politeness and attentiveness. Went on to explain that why she gave 4 x small mashed potatoes in place of 2 x large ones. Saw her talking to her Chinese helper with respect too. Keep up the good work Sabina. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Recently tried Texas Chicken for their Christmas menu — the garlic & herb chicken — and it was our first time having Texas Chicken in years. To our surprise, the food here is made to order instead of being prepped in advance like at KFC or McDonald’s. The chicken we were served was piping hot, tender, and juicy. The garlic & herb flavour was really good, with a nice balance of savoury and sweetness. Easily one of the best fast-food fried chicken experiences we’ve had. We came back again for the CNY menu, but this time it was a bit of a disappointment. The orange glaze was too sweet and quite overpowering. That said, the quality of the food was still there. Next time, we’ll probably stick to their original menu. Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
