I ordered a wrap from Texas Chicken at Pioneer Mall through Grab, and it was a very disappointing experience. The wrap had several black spots that raised food safety concerns, and the chicken inside was extremely hard and tough, making it difficult to eat. I ended up throwing most of it away. I've reported the issue to Grab and shared photos for investigation. I hope the restaurant improves its food quality and quality checks to prevent this from happening to other customers. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1

I ordered Texas Chicken via Grabfood from this outlet recently. When I took a bite into the Tex Wrap, it was RAW. This is a very serious food safety issue and I’m extremely disappointed from this experience. I would rather patronise other fast food restaurants in the future. Edit: Looking at other reviews, it seems like this restaurant is extremely unhygienic and had caused food poisoning to many customers. I wonder why it’s not closed down yet Food: 1
