Never really left a review for a fast-food place before, so here we go~ Haven’t had Texas Chicken in a long time!! Food came out quick as usual, and the chicken was still really good, tender and flavorful. Fries-wise, I personally prefer KFC’s hahahaha, but the butter biscuit here is definitely a win. One thing to note though, my friend tried the chicken rice and it was super salty, couldn’t even finish it. Also, the self-ordering machine was lagging a lot, which made ordering pretty difficult. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We waited about an hour for our food as at 12:10, and probably still. They appear understaff. The manager just kept working without advising more customers from ordering or display some long wait queue sign. No help is coming. Very bad experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1
