Thai Boys on Ashley Road is one of the popular restaurants with a long line during lunch hours. Went there at 1ish and waited for about 15 mins to get in. Wagyu Boat Noodles. Signature boat noodles with smooth wagyu slices, beef balls and crunchy pork rind. Rich and intense soup, not salty at all. Served piping hot. Stir-fried Fish Maw w/ Tamarind Sauce. A rare dish with battered fish maw and shrimps mixed with refreshing bean sprouts. Deep-fried Egg Salad. Interesting presentation. Deep-fried egg white topped with raw egg yolks, with fresh greens and onions on side. Grilled Wagyu in Basil Sauce. Tender steak grilled to medium well tossed in a basil sauce packed with umami. Would be even better if they could provide a knife. Thai Coffee. Smoky and bitter. Just the right shot for the afternoon. Lime Soda. A glass of ice cubes and fresh lime with bubbly soda served in room temperature. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $250–300
