有名なホーカーのマックスウェルのすぐ裏にある小さなおしゃれなモールで1階は飲食店 2階はジムや ピラティスの施設 3階はホテルが入っています。 古めかしい エレベーターがありましたが 押しても動きませんでした。 建物の前は車が止まっていたので駐車場のようです？車の入場を規制するゲートはありませんでした。

My first visit to a co living boutique hotel. The outside of the building has character but more could have done to improve the shop tenants in the building. I wanted to have some dessert or sweet after my meal at Maxwell Food centre but could not find any food display to tempt my palette. Guess the focus is on the open top floor but too hot for comfort to dine during the day. Should have some local desert items to attract customers into the place after having their meals around that area. A nice place to chill out over a drink . Think more can be done to draw people's attention back to visit the place. The gem building has alot of potential.

Just a walk, less than 5 mins after exiting the MRT and would reach KADA. As this is my first time visiting this place and was amazed by it and how cool it is. There’s a lot of food options on the first floor, the second floor is where the gyms and facials are, the third floor is a self check-in hotel and the top floor is a popular sourdough cafe that I would’ve loved to try but it was closed for an event that day I also snapped some pics because the place is super aesthetic, totally insta-worthy I will definitely come back again to try the rest of the food on level 1 and the sourdough I missed out on ^^
