Everyone needs to try this chicken noodle spot on Sukhumit 31! My partner and I stumbled upon them as we were staying at a hotel nearby. I'm so happy I found them on Google because they more than deserve the recognition. They're located in front of the Ministry of Crab on Sukhumit 31 and open at 8 am until late afternoon. The broth used is so flavorful that you don't need to add any seasoning to it. It is not spicy, so add chili flakes if you want a kick, which we did. Only 1 size bowl, but it is large portion for only 50 baht. We especially love the shredded chicken. Friendly owners. They also have a cute corgi name Lotus that is sometimes there as well. Highly recommend this place! We always stop by whenever we're in Bangkok.
