Nam’s cooking class is an amazing experience. The food you make is absolutely delicious, and you learn so many helpful cooking tips along the way. Nam also shares fascinating stories about the history of each dish, which makes the class even more special. She is incredibly patient and wonderful with kids. Our children cooked everything themselves with her supervision and guidance, which they loved. It was such a fun and educational experience for the whole family. This is truly the best cooking class I’ve ever been to!

We had a wonderful cooking class at Koh Chang Thai Cooking School by Nam — calm, authentic, and incredibly well organized from start to finish. Such a peaceful and serene setting. During the class we prepared Pad Thai, Tom Kha Gai, all kinds of curry, Stir Fried Chicken with cashew nuts and Mango Sticky Rice. Everything was clearly explained and perfectly timed, and the food was absolutely delicious! A special thanks to our tour guide — she was incredibly kind, patient, and made the whole experience feel warm and personal. You can really feel the love and care behind this place. Highly recommended for travelers looking for an authentic, relaxed cooking experience in Koh Chang. We loved every moment!
