Absolutely amazing seafood Tom Yum and Papaya salad are beautiful. Lovely outdoor romantic setting with private inside aircon booths as well. Wonderful service too. Hidden gem in Pattaya Price per person: ฿800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My experience at the restaurant was extremely disappointing and dissatisfying. As soon as we walked in, the waitress didn’t seat us and just lamely motioned to sit at a random table. In addition, when we were asking for more bowls, they annoying told us that they can’t keep serving us even though it was their JOB. Later on, we spotted a rat coming from their kitchen. When we confronted them, they dismissed it and told us we couldn’t cancel now, repeatedly saying it was too late when we told them clearly that we weren’t comfortable. They charged us for dishes we hadn’t even eaten yet; overall, the staff was extremely rude and the restaurant was unhygienic. I do not recommend going to Thai Mantra Seafood restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As the owner of this restaurant, I would like to clarify the situation. Our restaurant has a large open garden dining area, and as shown in the video, the movement was seen in the outdoor garden space, not inside the kitchen area. It is disappointing that after completing your meal, you were unwilling to settle the bill and instead chose to post negative reviews on Google. We always welcome genuine feedback, but unfair accusations and misleading reviews are not acceptable. We proudly serve many respected guests from all backgrounds and nationalities, and we value every customer who visits us with mutual respect. However, we do not appreciate dishonest behavior or attempts to damage our business unfairly. Regards, ThaiMantra

We had a very disappointing experience at Thai Mantra Seafood. The staff was rude and unhelpful from the beginning. What made things much worse was seeing a rat roaming around the restaurant, which was extremely concerning and unhygienic. Because of this, we immediately requested to cancel our order as we no longer felt comfortable eating there. However, despite not eating the food at all, we were still made to pay for the entire order. Very poor customer service and a terrible way to handle a serious hygiene concern. Completely unacceptable experience and would not recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
