Thai Orchid restaurant located above Thanon Phra Barami in Patong serves high quality Thai cuisine in an exquisite setting with equally exquisite traditional decor. Our family had the pleasure of dinning there while staying at Diamond Cliff Resort. Service staff were eligantly appointed in Thai traditional dress, and attentive with excellent service. Food flavours and textures were delicate and delicious, with innovative variations, e.g. mushroom larb. Presentation of all dishes was thoughtful and beautiful, e.g. beautifully crafted roses from the potatos accompanying our Massaman Beef. We savoured several delicious cocktails while dining on entrees, mains and desserts, finishing with a beautifully layered mango sticky rice and delicious fried banana with coconut vanilla ice cream. So good we dined two nights back to back. Looking forward to visiting again when next in Phuket. Price per person: ฿800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
