VOID. Lady was trying to rip us off asking 300 Baht for simple noodles with seafood. I refused to pay and asked locals sitting next to me how much they pay for noodles with seafood and to my surprise they said 100 Baht. Bottom line, if you have to eat here because it starts raining on your way, agree on price first, as we were told they don't have menu with prices.
