Thai Simple, located on the top floor of the Causeway Bay President Theatre, is an authentic Thai restaurant prepared by a Thai chef. The restaurant is bright and comfortable, with indoor and outdoor seating, and a lunch set for HK$70 with a drink! It is only about a 2-minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR Station, Exit D1. 泰簡単. At “Thai Simple Kitchen ”, bamboo rattan chandeliers, wooden tables and chairs, plant decorations, and Thai staff all contribute to the authentic Thai atmosphere. The food is excellent. I really like the King Prawn Fried Noodle ($138). There are 2 large prawns in each serving, and they’re delicious. The pho noodles are smooth and not too greasy. Adding the fresh lime makes it refreshing – absolutely delicious! ️Pomelo Salad ($98): The pomelos are sweet and juicy, with cashews and green onions added for extra flavor. ️Spicy & Sour Prawn Soup ($92): The soup has a rich flavor, with prawns, lime leaves, coriander, and mushrooms. The spiciness is just right for most Hong Kong people. Overall, the food is great. ️Maly Sau Baby Cabba $125: This dish is truly delicious, with a savory and fragrant taste. ️Pineapple Juice + Mango Juice $60: Made from fresh fruits, these juices are sweet and refreshing.
