From the flavorful dishes to the warm hospitality, this spot hits all the right notes and easily earns a place on my "must-return" list. 泰式燒牛舌 (Grilled Thai Ox Tongue). This was the undisputed star of the night. It was so incredibly tender, perfectly charred, and packed with savory flavor that we couldn't resist ordering it a second time! Paired with the tangy Thai dipping sauce, it is an absolute masterpiece. Everyone at the table loved the 金磚蒜蓉多士 (Golden Garlic Toast). The toast chunks were perfectly thick, beautifully golden, and stacked high. It managed to be perfectly crisp on the outside while remaining light and airy inside, boasting a rich garlic butter flavor. The 鹽燒海鱸魚 (Salt-Crusted Grilled Sea Bass) was beautifully executed with a thick salt crust that locked in all the juices. Once peeled back, the white fish meat underneath was incredibly moist, tender, and beautifully infused with lemongrass and herbs. Other dishes including the 菠蘿海鮮炒飯 (Pineapple Seafood Fried Rice) and the 泰式濕炒河粉 (Thai Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with Gravy - Chicken) did not disappoint at all! With great food, reasonable prices for the portion sizes, and wonderful hospitality, Thailand Wok is highly recommended and I will be returning soon.
