Unfortunately, upon the second visit, a different barista made my coffee sub-standard. Understand the difficulty in making consistent coffee, but this was far below the standard if the first visit. The barista had little understanding of extraction and texture. For 80 baht I may as well go to a roadside gas station for a cold coffee!! Shame. Original post: Serious coffee lovers, take note. After the disappointment of Domestic Cafe in Pitsanulok (see previous review 24.12.25), I was so happy to find this gem - Thalo Kaffee in Nakhon Sawan. Great coffee, enthusiastic service and a nice rustic atmosphere. Engage the baristas and they will help you find what you want. I enjoyed a couple of single origins: Brazil and then Colombia. Both excellent in latte or flat white.
