If you're looking for a place to EAT WELL at a fair price, that's the right one. I'm Italian and their kitchen is really how it should be: simple, scented, colorful. Great place so far.

We visited for lunch on 3 July. This place is also called Chang Kin Phak per the window signage, and is a cute vegetarian restaurant. We were searching for temples in the area, found this place, checked no reviews, and walked in. We ordered Southern style spicy and sour soup, green curry, passion fruit with yusu soda, and butterfly pea juice with lemon and soda. Upon ordering the first dish, the lovely staff said It's spicy. I said, We are Chinese - we'll be fine. We were not fine. That soup burned our faces off, but it was quite flavorful. The green curry was also hot, but milder, and sweet. They were both delicious, but that first soup demanded respect. The drinks were unique and also good. Our total bill was 460 Baht or under $14 usd, a great deal for what we received. This is probably the best meal we've had in our 3 weeks in Thailand. This location is not near our Airbnb, and that makes me sad. But if you find yourself near the Phra Sumen Fort in Bangkok, and you care about yourself, you should come here for a meal. Highly recommended.

Formerly Tham Na in another location, Chang Kin Phak (Elephant Eats Vegetables) is a great vegetarian restaurant with a very skilled and lovely owner. Is this the King playing the music very nice There is art of King Rama IX and he is also playing saxophone on the jazz music here. I’m eager to return to try more things!
