シンガポール発祥のお茶ブランド。店内でカウンター4席、テーブル4人席か２つあり、イートインできます。全てのお茶には窒素が含まれており、味わいがスムーズになるとのこと(ラテを除く)。飲み方はストローを使わず直接グラスから飲む方が良い飲み方とのことでした。今回は一番人気のシンガポールスリングをいただきました。シロップと紅茶を混ぜて少しカクテルのミキシングをするだけで窒素のためかかなり泡立っています。$5.7でした。紅茶葉の直販店が隣接しているので、紅茶も購入することができます。

Ordered the matcha cloud jasmine latte I love the matcha foam taste and Also the presentation of the drink is so pretty and the price was abit expensive but worth buying it after work, also the staff was friendly and I didn't wait long.

Needed something to beat the heat and tried the new Jasmine Matcha Cloud from homegrown brand It’s recommended to drink it like a macchiato, which actually works really well - the velvety matcha layer sits over a strong jasmine aroma that hits you quite immediately, so each sip shifts between earthy and floral in a nice way. Not sweet at all, very tea-forward and super refreshing It’s part of their Matcha in Ceremony collab with HARIO - with a gorgeous matcha kit and ceremonial-grade matcha from ITO EN too Also tried the choux puffs, which are tea-flavoured and really fragrant with a nice cookie-like crust A chill orchard spot i didn't even know existed Reccos: Jasmine Matcha Cloud Earl Grey Tea Puff YAS OKK NAH
