Da’an hidden gem!! At first you may be a bit confused since the main floor of this unique building is beautiful coffee shop and upstairs is where the private kitchen is. While living in Taipei for 4.5 months, I thankfully had the opportunity to dine at The Aged Kitchen twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Chef Alan’s passion for was clear and it showed through his amazing food. From the appetizer to dessert, every bite was delicious and to end things off we had an amazing hot tea. While in Taipei I highly recommend giving Chef Alan a visit. They also accommodate for larger groups of 8-10! Meal type: Dinner
When I walked past here not long ago, I noticed this row of old buildings. At that time, I thought how beautiful this tranquility is. I really want to buy one if I have money Unexpectedly, there is actually a cafe downstairs and a private kitchen upstairs. The French cuisine that incorporates local ingredients is very much like the cozy space of eating at a friend's house. The playground of the High School Affiliated to the National Normal University is visible outside the window. It is a small world hidden in the noisy city center of Taipei. Will come again next time~~
I had the privileged to enjoy the heartwarming cuisine from Chef Alan once before and was impressed and touched by the passion and dedication of the chef. Not to mention, the food was well prepared and delicious. It is delighted to see The Aged Kitchen has been set up and run well.
