Walked past this café and decided to pop in for lunch, and we are glad we did. The food was excellent, with very generous portions that offered great value for money. The highlight was definitely the Norwegian Salmon & Brown Butter pasta. The brown butter sauce was rich and flavourful, pairing perfectly with the pasta. The salmon was cooked beautifully, it was juicy, tender, and packed with flavour. We also enjoyed the Populus Scramble, which was hearty and satisfying. The café itself had a cozy and welcoming ambience, although it felt slightly warm at the back, probably due to the hot weather. The fish and chips, Tuscan lamb was delicious but the waffle was really nice. Unlike most waffle, it did not become soggy after putting ice cream on it. A must try when you are there. Service was attentive. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited The Apricus Coffee & Food Co. at Jln Kayu and liked the calm, modern ambiance with plenty of natural light. The coffee was above average smooth, balanced, and easy to enjoy. We also tried a cake, and it was delicious with just the right level of sweetness. Prices are slightly on the higher side but fair for the quality and space. A nice spot for relaxed catch-ups or a casual coffee break. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
