Tried the Nonya puff and the fishball. Just like many reviewers said, the crust of the puff was crispy and flakey, like how a good water-oil based dough should be. I’m a bit divided about the potato filling though. I think it’s nicer than Old Chang Kee as the spices are more to the Malay spices. But it’s not as satisfying as Yang’s. Price wise, although it’s 50 cents more than Yangs, it’s almost double the size plus crispy puff that’s better value. Scored the last 3 fishballs (by 10am). The fish ball is so humongous! And don’t let that oily surface sheen alarm you. It was so satisfying to bite into that QQ pillow, without oil spurting out and the taste was not too salty either. Absolutely yummy. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I have been buying from Baba Curry Puff for past 2 years in view of the authentic home-made Nonya Curry paste of potatoe, egg and chicken and Sardine version both with super crispy pastry. To help support the heritage and yummy authentic curry puff, have been recomending to all my friends and they enjoy the Curry Puff! Kudos to the Founder and his Family Passion to upkeep the culinary heritage. Highly recommended and GOD BLESS to your culinary Talents! Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: You could opt for the sardine curry puff or choose the Banana, Sweet potato, Yam, You Tiao & Spring roll! Dietary restrictions: In view of range of curry puff and vegetarian rolls, there is a wide choice for Buyers as they are all very authentically cooked and super yummy
