Authentic Irish pub in the most unexpected place! This place looks like a random spot next to an apartment block, but once you step inside it’s a legit Irish pub with authentic dark wood vibe. Total surprise. Me and my Irish girlfriend were traveling in Geoje, and before heading back to Seoul we randomly stumbled across this pub near the bus terminal. Honestly, there wasn’t much online info or photos, so we were skeptical at first. But once inside, the vibe was spot-on. From the outside it looks like a small Korean building, but the interior is a carefully designed Irish pub atmosphere. At around 6 PM it was empty, but soon foreigners started arriving(she joked, "A pub full of white men drinking beer. this must be the real Irish pub "). I guess most of them working in Geoje’s shipbuilding industry. The owner, a sweet Korean lady married to a Scottish man, explained that the menu was inspired by recipes she learned directly from her Scottish mother-in-law(that's why it was an Irish pub, but the menu featured British dishes). We ordered the beef pie and chicken wings. THE BEEF PIE WAS EXCELLENT! And the Guinness was poured from a certified dispenser, much smoother than the canned version you find in convenience stores. We spent the evening enjoying beers and darts before heading back to Seoul. Finding such a genuine Irish pub here felt like a highlight of our trip. Price per person: ₩40,000–50,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was there in 2020 during the time of the pandemic, and it was an excellent place to be. I still feel nostalgic about it — there was a good crowd and an amazingly nice lady owner. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
