香港の喧騒から離れ落ち着いて夜景を見ながらくつろげるバーです。 ペニンシュラホテルのバーです。 香港に来ると必ずここを訪れます。 個人的に思い出がある場所です。

We came to the bar right before closing time, when Sujita could easily have refused to take our order. But instead of acting like someone who just follows the rules, she behaved like what Bodo Schäfer calls an “eagle, not a duck.” Ducks complain and say, “That’s not my job.” Eagles take responsibility and find a way to make things happen. Sujita chose to help us. She took ownership of the situation and made sure we got exactly what we hoped for. That small decision made a huge difference. Because of that moment, we came back three more times and even brought friends with us. For the hotel, that meant additional revenue, recommendations, and positive reviews, all from one simple action. This is the difference between people who are just formally doing their job and those who truly make a place special. In the end, everything depends on the person in their role. Sujita, thank you. We will remember you, and we will definitely be back. Next time we might even stay at The Peninsula, just so we don’t have to walk far to your bar. Went to The Peninsula Bar for drinks. Fancy, but not stuffy. Great atmosphere with live music. Cocktails were well-made and strong. Service was attentive without being too much. Price per person: $150–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
