The gay seller was extremely rude and even threatened to call the police over a delayed payment. This was the second bottle of wine we bought from this shop. My friend thought the payment had gone through successfully after scanning the QR code through his banking app. So he brought the bottle back to our table, believing that everything had already been paid for. However, the payment had actually been delayed and had not gone through yet. The gay seller followed him to our table, and my friend explained that he just needed about five minutes to sort out the payment. Instead of simply waiting, he threatened to call the police if my friend didn’t pay immediately — over a bottle of wine that cost only 40 USD. We were obviously willing to pay, and there was never any intention to avoid payment. It was simply a delayed transaction and a genuine misunderstanding. The way he handled the situation was extremely rude. Service: 1

I come to The Commons often so I was very surprised to see that the gay seller was very rude. We were inquiring about Umeshu asking if they had a smaller bottle but he was very dismissive and we were quickly shooed out. Didn't even bother to ask what else we wanted to drink. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never buy from here again and please literally buy from any other shop. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Was very confused and taken aback by the staffs’ attitude during my today’s visit. The staffs were totally rude and unwelcoming, and even made a few weird remarks towards me and my friend unprovoked. Service: 1
